Venice Beach: The Battle for the Last Remaining Open Space
The beaches in Southern California are some of the most valued, environmentally significant, and highly developed properties in the country. In Venice Beach, CA, one of the last “open space” is threatened by commercial rezoning.
This project will demonstrate how a site used for parking can be transformed into valuable open space that will benefit the environment, residents, and visitors.
