The Lincoln Park Restoration Plan
Disparities in urban planning have significantly neglected cultural landscapes of Los Angeles. This design seeks to RENEW accessibility to nature for East Angelinos with a dynamic RESTORATION of The Arroyo de Los Posos culverted underneath Lincoln Park. The REVIVAL of this park’s natural systems, water courses and features will REVITALIZE the overall sense of equity, wellness and safety for the community of Lincoln Heights.
